ART Santa Fe July 7 - 10, 2011

We are showing at ART Santa Fe July 7 - 10, 2011 at the Convention Center. Highlights of the Fair include a new large scale red painting "Galilee" by Jeffrey Keith, as well as new works by Sculptor John Christensen and Marti Somers. New artists included are Susan Friedman and Thea Schrack. Master prints from the artist-in-residency program at Oehme Graphics will also be featured. The Fair opens with a Gala on Thursday, July 7th 5 - 8 pm.

Leap's Sandcastle Contest October 2, 2010

Linda Fairchild joined the Board of Directors of Leap after jurying the 2009 Sandcastle Competition at Ocean Beach. This year the giant castles in the sand will be juried by such notables as Dr. Susan Landauer, Author and Curator, Sculptor Joe Brubaker, Marka Hansen, President Gap, Inc. and Artist Paul Madonna.

For thirty years, Leap has preserved endangered public schools' arts curricula by bringing visual and performing artists and architects into classrooms for extended residencies that foster children's creative energy.
